Yasuko Fleming
DANCE SCHOOL • ARISE
FOUNDER/DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Yasuko’s love of dance and performance has shaped her life from an early age. Yasuko grew involved with musicals and plays in her school’s English Drama Club. She trained in classical ballet with Yumi Nakagawa and Kazuko Hasegawa. She studied jazz dance with Hiromi Makino and Kazuhiko Makino. The studio has always remained one of her favorite places to be.
Yasuko moved to England in 1993 and studied in the arts. She performed at the Paradigm Theater in London, and after returning home, appeared in musicals and concerts. Yasuko hosted AN Dance and AN Theater events and training since 2001. She now resides in Ome City with her husband Graham and their four children.

Graham Fleming
ART MENTORING • ADVANCE
AUTHOR/ILLUSTRATOR/MENTOR
Graham views his business as treasure hunting. He searches out gems of beauty and wisdom, and attempts to weave those gems into character and story. His passion is to coach other artists in discovering precious stones of skill and virtue for themselves. Through a mentoring process, Graham facilitates their journey of partnering with God and moving toward God’s passions and purposes for them.
Graham has been designing and illustrating children’s materials for 20 years. He has lead the School of Illustration at University of the Nations, Kona, HI. While varied in his techniques and interests, Graham’s specialty is digital painting, character design & children’s books. Graham is most at home in Ome, Tokyo.

Michael Ihara
DANCE SCHOOL • ARISE
LEAD INSTRUCTOR OF BALLET
Former Tokyo City Ballet Team member, Michael is passionate about figure skating and ballet. From the age of 7, Michael excelled in various dance studies. He acquired 1st and 2nd occasions for free dance at men in Tokyo, which soon led him on to ballet. He studied at the Ritsuko Mihashi Ballet Institute.
Michael has achieved significant results in the field of rhythmic gymnastics and figure skating instruction, with two students having been accepted into the olympic teams. He is now a representative of the Breath of Life Ballet (Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo). In 2001, the ballet performance of "The Cross", a picture of Christ's life, was announced. In his spare time, he works at restoring an inn in Yamanakako.

Miho Shiratake
DANCE SCHOOL • ARISE
SECRETARY, GENERAL AFFAIRS ACCOUNTING
Miho has been involved in dance and ballet over the years and is currently the head secretary and administrator of All Nations Japan. She has past experience in teaching Japanese as a first language to elementary children, and has also studied for a certificate in teaching Japanese as a second language to foreigners. She is skilled in customer communication and financial management.

Chris Bouget
ENGLISH SCHOOL • ABLE
INSTRUCTOR
Chris moved to Ome in 2013 and has been working as a missionary, educator and English teacher in the area since. Chris ran Little America English School, teaching students around the Kabe area. In addition, for two years Chris has been a part of Ome's School of International Understanding, a cultural enrichment program that strives to expose students in the local area to the wonders the world has to offer.
"I believe that learning any language has the power to open doors to new possibilities and gives the learner a better understanding of the world."
Some of Chris' hobbies include drawing, hiking, building with LEGO and reading. Chris lives in the Nagabuchi area with his wife Anna and their daughter Sage.

Anna Bouget
ENGLISH SCHOOL • ABLE
MANAGER
Anna Bouget was born in Yokohama and raised in the mountainous prefecture of Nagano. While her mother tongue is English—thanks to a number of years in the Japanese public school system—she also speaks fluent Japanese. Anna has used her bilingual skills in numerous work opportunities.
While past jobs include child care, tutoring, and English teaching, she delights in administrative and secretarial work. Certified in office procedures, Anna strives to excel in communication and organizational skills.

Jesse and Gypsi Town
Jesse and Gypsi are busy raising 3 young children in their new home “Oiwai House” meaning Rock of peace. Together, they open their home to missionaries and neighbors as a place of retreat and refreshment. They teach Christian views on understanding the heart of God, and principles of adoption as sons and daughters of God.

ANACOM CHAPLIN
Jesse grew up in Japan with a love of music. He writes songs and composes tunes as he meditates on scriptures. He currently serves as chaplain for All Nations Art Community.

Gypsi Town

Gypsi is gifted in organization and management. She writes in her spare time and speaks at various gatherings and events.
